I got so lucky to work with Jennifer Leonard-Comperda when making my most recent home purchase. The house I bought was on the market for one day and despite the multiple offers that came in, Jennifer was able to guide me and get my offer accepted for my dream home. Robin Stoecklin of Baird And Warner Fox Valley was fantastic showing us multiple houses that were all in our price range and had the attributes we were looking for. We felt very comfortable working with her and we were able to be honest and open with what we liked and didn't like. Robin really listened to what we wanted and even when things got overwhelming she helped us through it.

My realtor was nice to work with but I should have been more active in my closing. It's my fault for thinking I would be informed about the large fees ahead of time. The large amount of closing fees were unfortunate (but 'they' will tell you they are customary!) Uhg. Months later, as I'm doing my taxes, I still feel poorly enough to leave the worst public review I've ever written. Please shop around. Please find out what your closing fees are ahead of time. And please remember: No one is looking out for you but you.
