My mother has been living here over the past 4+ years and overall the facilities, including apartments are good. However, she has been inconvenienced by works, repairs or other issues many times. And while we understand these things happen, she has NEVER been fairly compensated for the inconvenience. Yet, on the other hand this company is so quick to nickel and dime you whenever they get a chance. The management shows no leniency, not even to loyal tenants. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing when you are paying a premium rent price for these sized apartments. Do better

So the leasing office called and asked I wanted to extend my lease, I said I will get back to them later in the week because I had stuff going on. I call back and they said I cannot extend my lease. Why call and ask, and then give me the option not to lease. Greystar properties are always a hit or miss. Thanks mario..

Mario is asking to give him a review on google or yelp, please stop pestering residents to write reviews about you to make you look good.

We have lived here for about 4 years. And it has its ups and downs, but what I like the most is management and maintenance attention and response.

Mario, the leasing manager, has always been very understanding, attentive, patient and helpful. Even when I've shown (and vented) frustration over the issues I've had, but he always addresses them. Maintenance is always friendly and show up quick to address repairs also!

From the horror stories I've heard on other apartment complexes when it comes to lack of maintenance and management, I'm very glad we don't have these issues here at Avila. For that, I always recommend. 5 stars!

It’s the worth place I have ever lived in. I was there for a year when u 1st sign the lease they don’t tell u about the hiding fees they r hungry for money. I pay my last month there and try to be a nice guy 2 days later it was October 3 I gave them notice that I’m leaving at the end of the month maybe before October 22 I left hand them the keys they didn’t return my 700$ deposit. Instead they want more money from me they r a ripped off I don’t recommend this place at all. Plus a lot of swear smell in the apartment specifically laundry area black dust keep coming up the floor even we r cleaning and wiping the floor every day because of the sheep lenolum floor materials and bad installation they didn’t vacuum dust during the construction. Kept it under the floor. Very bad experience don’t fall to there scam I wish I can put minus stars

Listen, I’ve lived here for a while. And I’ve seen a lot of managers and support staff come and go, some great, some not so great. But I just had a major water emergency go down in my place, and I watched an entire team of people work non-stop for two days to make it okay again. Not only that, but they did it in a way that kept my family life from being disrupted by it. The folks working here as of this review really impressed me with their immediate response and dedication.
