I had an amazing experience with Brian Johnston during my stay at Avalon Princeton Circle, NJ. After securing a job opportunity in Princeton, NJ, I moved to Avalon Princeton Circle in November 2023. From the very beginning—searching for an apartment close to work—Brian made the entire process seamless and memorable.
He was incredibly responsive to my emails, patiently addressing all my questions about the apartment, leasing options, and any other concerns. His friendly and understanding approach gave me the confidence to rent a one-bedroom apartment without a physical tour or visiting the community beforehand.
When I arrived on my first day, Brian’s team gave me a warm welcome and helped me settle in by showing me around. I truly appreciate Brian and his wonderful team for their outstanding support and guidance throughout this process.

Throughout my stay at Avalon Princeton Circle, Brian has been instrumental in ensuring everything went smoothly. Any request I had was promptly addressed, and his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to the community truly stood out.
Brian’s support made living here such a positive experience that I was inspired to extend my lease on a month-to-month basis for some time. The welcoming community and excellent facilities made Princeton feel like home. Coming from Boston, this was my first time in New Jersey, and my transition couldn’t have been better—thanks to Brian. I will truly miss this place!

Avalon Princeton Circle (APC)

1. Location. The location of Avalon Princeton Circle is good. You can walk from Avalon Princeton Circle to the Princeton Shopping Center for your groceries, coffee, bakery, pizza, McCaffrey's Supermarket.
Walking to the Grover Park, there are one playground, one basketball court, and three baseball fields located next to the Princeton Shopping Center.
Walking to Princeton Healthcare Center next door, see the Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology,... Eye doctors and Radiology there.
Walking in the nearby neighborhood is enjoyable, beautiful gardens, trees, nice houses, ...
There is a bus stop in the APC, you can take Princeton Muni Transit to Princeton University, Nassau St @ Palmer Square, the free Princeton Municipal Bus Service open to the entire community, runs M - Sat. 7:30 AM - 9 PM.

2. Avalon Princeton Circle team. The team members are professional, talented, friendly, knowledgeable, and energetic.
I took a tour with Andrew DeSumma. He is a talented and knowledgeable leasing agent, understood my needs and preference. Andrew S showed me twice the units I like. I immediately submitted my application. He then guided me step by step toward moving in.
Whenever I had a question or a challenge, Andrew S and the APC team had an answer and a quick solution. I am very impressed by his customer -centered service.
Brian saw my coat and handbag left in the Resident Lounge, then locked them in his office. I felt welcome and safe in the APC community. Brian's excellent communication skills and hands on skills made my transition to a new place smooth and enjoyable.
Andrew G has also helped me with lease review and sign the documents.
Now in December 2024 when I am moving out of the apartment due to a relocation, I am facing several challenges. Hope the APC team can improve their customer services to make my move out as smoothly as my move in APC!
The APC team often invites residents to a surprise party, e.g. roses🌹 for moms on Mother's Day, beer or milk chocolate tasting, breakfast, pie party...

3. The APC community. The APC community is new and clean. Good air quality, 97%-100% pure in my three tests. There are a fitness center and a studio, temporary offices or quiet rooms for rent, a Resident Lounge to rent out for birthday parties, celebrations, and gatherings of friends and family, swimming pool with sun deck is open in summer, multiple beautiful courtyards for recreation or relaxing, and grilling, WAG Pet Park and Pet Spa, ...
The APC community is quiet most of the time, except several children crying and dog barking. Once a while, the airplanes taken off from the Princeton Airport in Montgomery Township may generate some noises in the sky.
Several useful technologies applied here, high-speed and common area WiFi, digital resident services including the ability to submit service requests and pay rent online, Amazon package lockers, electronic locks, smart thermostats, and more.
The building materials used are high quality, and solid built, e.g. in a bright gourmet kitchen with white quartz countertops, stainless steel internet appliances, and tile backsplash, ceiling fan in Master bedroom, hardwood floor in kitchen and living room,...

4. Maintenance. After I moved in, there were a few minor fixes needed in my new home. David S of the maintenance team has responded quickly to my repair requests. One day David S did not only fix the window in my bedroom per request, but also checked the window(s) in other rooms, exceeded my expectations.

What other improvements do I wish?
1) Less dogs barking in early morning and later night. The dogs should walk in the dog park.
2) No stranger attempting break into my room or the public bathroom when I was using it.
3) No more WiFi dropping in my apartment.
4) Better tab-water quality.
5) More efficient vent out from the kitchen.

Living at Avalon Princeton Circle has been a great experience. The apartments are clean, safe, and offer a touch of luxury that makes everyday life comfortable. The community is well-maintained and peaceful, with all the modern amenities you’d expect.

A big part of what makes this place special is the team. Khoryn Bannis, Brian Johnston, and David are always respectful, friendly, and helpful. They go out of their way to build genuine relationships with residents and ensure everything runs smoothly.

If you’re looking for a welcoming, high-quality place to live, Avalon Princeton Circle is a fantastic choice.

We moved to Princeton recently and Avalon Princeton Circle was our first choice! Such a great place with diverse communities, great amenities and within the close proximity to great schools and shopping center.
Brian has been incredibly helpful answering to all our questions.

The most decisive factor in signing the contract for this apartment was thanks to the excellent manager, Brian. He was kind to everyone, ensuring that residents could live comfortably, and it was truly touching to see him immediately step in and address any inconveniences at any time. He was a professional who even noticed and informed us about aspects we hadn't thought of, without us having to ask. Additionally, thanks to his quick handling of matters, we were able to move in urgently. I would like to express my gratitude once again to Brian, who has a warm heart.

We recently moved back to NJ and needed a place quickly—something we could call home but that also offered quality and convenience. Avalon seemed like the perfect spot, but what truly made it stand out was Brian at the leasing office and the maintenance and cleanliness of the community. He made the entire leasing process so smooth and efficient that we moved in within a day or two—it was the easiest experience ever.

Brian didn’t just make the move-in process seamless; he’s been just as helpful and attentive after we settled in. In many places, the leasing office stops caring once you sign the contract, but not here. Brian is always polite, considerate, and quick to respond. Any small issues we’ve had (knock on wood) were resolved immediately, and often above and beyond expectations. It’s those small things that can pile up and ruin the experience elsewhere, but Brian ensures that doesn’t happen here.

It’s extremely rare to find someone so committed to creating a positive experience. I hope everyone living here recognizes and appreciates all the effort Bryan puts in. He’s truly what makes this place feel like home.

Very nice community with public good school and amenities. Been lived in other leasing communities previously where tone and attitude of leasing team generally changes once you are moved in. Leasing team here is great and friendly, especially Brian. He has been a great help thought our move and our stay here. He is go to person for issues (if any).
