I recently toured Avalon in Maplewood, NJ, and I was really impressed! The property was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Felix provided the tour, and he was great—very informative and made the whole experience enjoyable. It felt like a great place to call home, and I’m definitely planning to move here when my move-in date is closer.

I recently moved into Avalon, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! This place is everything I was looking for—clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ comfort.

The neighborhood is fantastic—safe, quiet, and filled with friendly neighbors. It’s conveniently located near shopping, dining, and parks, making everyday life even more enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch, and the entire community has a welcoming atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a great place to call home, I highly recommend Avalon!

We've been living in Avalon with my husband for the fourth month. We rent an apartment on the basement floor.

When it was warm, we were occasionally bothered by insects, but that's the only downside.

Now, in winter, the apartment has excellent heating, and we especially love the infrastructure of our building.

We really enjoy the gym and recreational areas. My favorite spot is the beautiful rooftop, perfect for morning coffee.

Special thanks to the hotel staff. Felix warmly welcomed us during check-in, answering all our questions with care. This makes our stay even better.
Also, a very important person in the building is the maintenance worker, Q, who is also very friendly. We are very satisfied with our stay and will try to stay here as long as possible. Thank you so much, dear team for your supporting!

Carlos & Q along with their teams are the only reason why I am considering staying in the Avalon Maplewood. The biggest drawback of the property is its location and proximity to the train, restaurants and things to do. The team at the property are quite special. Avalon maplewood has been a nice place to live. We have a great leasing office and maintenance team. They are all very pleasant to work with: Felix, Carlos, Q, Daniela…just to name a few.

We've lived here coming up on 1 year. While we initially had some issues after move in - Carlos and the front office alongside Q and the maintenance team have been nothing short of amazing. Despite the problems we had (stemming from the original construction) our experience with the building staff and their quick turn around on fixes gives me no choice but to leave a 5 star review.
