We have been living at Avalon Edgewater for almost two years now. It is a great, clean, and very conveniently located community. The amenities such as the gym and pool are very nice, and the level of service is excellent. I would like to give a special shout-out to Johnny Crespo, the service supervisor, who has been extremely helpful with the several inquiries that we have made throughout our residency here. Excellent community and management.

I currently live here and overall, it’s a nice and well-maintained community. The staff are friendly and respectful. However, it can get quite noisy, especially if your unit faces the street and the school. There’s everyday noise from garbage trucks, recycling trucks, and heavy school traffic and school buses. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend avoiding units on that side of the complex, specifically Russell Ave!!

We've had a great experience at Avalon Edgewater since day one. The move-in process was smooth, and the team has been incredibly helpful. A huge shoutout to Austin, Johnny, and especially Alex! Alex is a true professional. He's always so kind and respectful, and he really knows his stuff. Whenever we've had a maintenance issue, big or small, he's been on top of it. He's great at explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. He's truly made our living experience here so much better. We also appreciate the team who helps keep the community clean and safe. This is a fantastic community to call home – we highly recommend it!

We stayed 4 months at Russell Building, and enjoyed very much the apartment and the community. Everything from leasing process to move-in and the flexibility we have been given during our lease that helped very much to cope with our unprecedented plan changes have all been extremely helpful and are so much appreciated. We would like to especially thank Michelle, Brittany and John as well all the team including technical service working round the clock.

Our maintenance gentleman Johnny was fantastic. He quickly fixed broken features of the apartment and was willing to quickly fix other repairs of the apartment. He also provided us with products to help our apartment smell better.

I’ve been living here for 6+ months, and it has been okay. Gym, parking, resident lounge and patio are great. Office staffs are kind and prompt with any request. This apartment met my expectations so far.

Only complaints that cannot be resolved :
1. Minor (sometime major) noise from upstairs, especially when the kids running around.
2. Temperature does not go beyond 70 degrees during winter months. Somewhat cold, but I am getting used to it.

Hector and the whole maintenance team are always helpful with any issues that we have had!! He came on a Sunday when we needed help with our lock. He mentioned being there in 30 minutes and was right on time.

The people I interacted with were all super nice and professional.
One week in and I already feel at home. A special shout out to Austin and Aaron from the community management team for being patient with my questions and assisting with everything I needed.
