Look no further, you found your Agent!!! Honest, knowledgeable, courteous, ethical and going above and beyond in customer service. These are the traits I expect from my Agent. If you are looking for a real estate agent with the same traits, then look no further. Austin Haller, has all of these traits and more. Austin makes you feel like a friend from the beginning. A friend that has your best interest at heart. The first time I called him, he answered the call by greeting me by my first name, instead of just saying hello or introducing himself, and that made me feel really good. It made me feel good, because it made the conversation feel personable and reflected to me that he cares about each of his clients, regardless of property size or price. It said to me, that he was familiar with my transaction, even before me reaching out. Prior to this we only communicated once or twice via email. That is the type of personal service I was looking for and that is the type of personal service you will get from Austin. Aside from the personal touch, he is exceptional in his demeaner and respect while conversing. If there is anything he doesn't know, he will find out the information for you and get back to you in a timely fashion. As he will tell you, he "works 24/7". He has the heart of a teacher and will explain anything necessary to you with patience and understanding. Austin sold our property (a vacant lot) very quickly! I thought it would take months, but we had an offer within a couple weeks and closed escrow about 30 days later. He listed the property on multiple sites and took photos with his drone. He was very patient, professional, and always got back to us quickly with our questions (and there were a lot). Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling! He was great to work with.
