Multiple times they sent a maintenance crew over to our apartment and did not tell us when they were coming or why. I worked an overnight shift once and was woken up the next morning by maintenance coming into the apartment and yelling to ask if anyone was home. I told them to come back in the afternoon and then Angie emailed me and told me that did not work for them. I told her the next afternoon would work because I worked an overnight again and wanted to sleep without disturbance. Then, she told me that they would be coming the next morning whether I wanted them to or not. She also lied and said that somebody in our unit had consented to the crew coming in at that time when nobody actually had. When I asked her which person had agreed to it, she then changed the subject. This was all non-emergent maintenance that we did not request. The lease stated that they needed to give us two business days of notice before things like this would happen. Never followed that. Angie is a disrespectful property manager and when things actually need to be assessed, like a leak, they are slow to send over that same maintenance crew. Would not recommend dealing with this unprofessional company.
