August helped me buy a home when the market and sellers were limited. He was very patient as it took a very long time for us to find the perfect place. August guided us the whole way and made sure he was honest in his opinions on homes even if it meant he wouldn't close a sale. That's very uncommon when it comes to salespeople. I cannot say enough good things about August. To say that he went above and beyond to help me sell my grandmother’s home is a severe understatement. He took on my project like he was family and got it done in a way I could not imagine. It was complicated, with signatures, aging parents, cars, boats, a house full of stuff in the mix, etc. He just took full responsibility for everything and executed. So incredibly grateful for him. August went out of his way to help me. It took us the extended amount of time to find the perfect home and yet at every corner he was there to show us every single Home we asked for no matter what our problem was August was there trying to find a solution, this is the second time purchasing a home and August is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent if you need to buy or sell or rent, I would go to August. He found us a month-to-month rental while we were looking for a home and found us temporary solution while we were evacuated for wildfire . I couldn’t have asked for more from a real estate agent. I appreciate all his hard work.

Just a little note regarding Mr. August Schmitt. I have been involved in no less than 3 Dozen Escrows over the last 40 years. Many of these escrows were purchase and or sale of commercial & residential properties. I’ve worked with dozens of realtors over these decades. This is the time time I have taken the time to leave remarks about one. In this case, just let me say that not only is August a realtor, in my cases (2 with hm so far) he has not only performed his duties outstandingly he has also on his own time gone out if his way to communicate, mediate and just plain babysit multiple difficult people in what could have been train wrecked sales.
