Was happy when I called Audi Freehold they were able to get me in quick with a loaner. Peter in service was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been helped by Peter before and he is always wonderful. He efficiently set me up with my links so he could keep me aware of my cars issues and when it would be completed. The tech who sent me my video was very thorough in his diagnosis and recommendations. John assisted me upon picking my vehicle up after the service and I asked him if I was able to get a discount and he was quick to assure me he would check my bill. Never disappointed, Peter had made sure he gave me a discount on what he could for my service. I also want to say the gentlemen who work in the outer area where I drop off and pick up my car are some of the most courteous people. They come and greet you with a smile as you pull your car in and when you get your car back from the service department. Thanks Audi.

Every time I bring my car in for service/maintenance, Peter Roman take such good care of my car! He is very professional and explains everything to me concisely. I originally purchased my vehicle from Audi of Eatontown but had so many issues with them and their service department.

I have been a loyal audi customer for the lat 15 years at a different dealership. I decided to look at freehold this year because it is closed to my home. I was extremely disappointed in the sales team. Marc Levine had contacted me so we went to look at the deals on a Q5 and their stock. My husband and I waited for their quote on the car that I wanted. We had to contact Marc and the manager to get the quote. We asked them to do better because with all the rebates; it was not a good deal. Marc was pleasant but not a very good salesman. He needed assistance with everything. The manager was terrible too! (Illaysis)

They never called us back. In fact , a customer representative (woman) called us week & 1/2 later to see if we purchased a car.

Right from when I stepped in the door, the service I was given is incomparable to other dealers.
