Atlas rentals…. Never had any major issues with the company until after I moved out from the property. The problem is they like to hold your security deposit and won’t answer any of your calls or questions. I left the property in great condition and someone was moved in with in 2 weeks after I left.
I’m just trying to get my deposit back. I left in good standing. After leaving several messages I have to write a review because this is unacceptable. Please advise your staff to do a better job and process my request. It doesn’t take this long to process . My next step will be taking action with my attorney.

When I say Michael Griggs is THE best agent out there?I truly mean that. He answered all (my many) calls and was happy to help every. single. time! Atlas is lucky to have such a great agent on their team! If his attitude and tenacity even halfway represents Atlas? They should consider themselves the lucky ones! Michael G. YOU are the MVP!! Please stay away from this company I rent from them and I have had a inspection Aug 7 and the maintenance team has yet to come fix the problem they have seen everything that is wrong with this house and want me to split the cost of the heating unit for them to come out and fix something that was supposed to already come included with the house they want me to pay 237.50 for a filter and said that was the cause of my heat not working but the ac blew just fine so why would the heat not blow they want me to pay for the maintenance on the house and pay rent and this is what their maintenance inspector seen and over looked

It has been a pleasure Working with Mr. Austin, he was very helpful from the very 1st start. My family & I relocated from Indiana for my son to start A & M University and Austin help me navigate and negotiate all forms, homes, apps, messages and calls. Once we got to Alabama we were homeless for 2 on a half weeks due to waiting on inspection and once we did finally get inspection it failed twice... However Austin and Keisha @ Atlas rental Co. Worked hard and diligently to get everything rectified so they could help us get in our home asap, and that's exactly what they did!!!!
