I’ve been living here for nearly 4 years now, and I love it. Despite one neighbor, everyone has been so kind, and I love the apartment! It’s a 2 bedroom two story apartment and when I moved in, it was a great price, especially for the space! I love how close we are to the shore, and close to all the stores on 72. The maintenance responds quickly, and while I wish two appliances were more updated and energy efficient, everything else has been great! I also love the pool, and the other amenities. The playground is in a central spot, and could use a little updating lol but it has swings so my kids are happy!

I have lived at Atlantic Heights for over 10 years and I definitely recommend it to others. The office staff is competent & friendly and makes a point to listen to your concerns. The maintenance guys are very hard-working & really know their stuff. If they can't fix it or replace it, an outside professional is called in right away to complete the repair. The grounds of the community are kept very neat and time is even spent to plant flowers to make it look pretty. It is a safe community filled with friendly people. You get your own parking spot and the entire community is well lit at night. The apartments themselves are kept up and in good shape. They are spacious and have lots of windows for natural light. A private laundry in each unit is a real plus. The town of Barnegat is ideal and there is a wonderful nature trail to walk on directly behind the community. The clubhouse also has a good-sized gym & a pool for residents. If you are looking for granite counter-tops in the kitchen, this is not the place for you. But if you want a clean, safe, friendly place to live in, with a support staff ready to help you if you should need it, this might be a place for you to call home.

I love it here! I've been here more than a year, and it's wonderful. The property is beautiful! the Maintenance Crew is unbelievable--so timely and polite. The amenities are a cool bonus here: I have a dog, and she LOVES the private dog park! (And it's bigger than most that I have seen in apartment complexes) There's a pool in the summer, a gym, a playground, grill areas, etc! It's clean and quiet, and I feel safe to walk around any time of the day or night, and I have happily signed on for another year. Super pet friendly, and there are all kinds here; singles, couples, and families too!

I highly recommend Atlantic Heights - my experience has been great. The folks that work at this location genuinely care about the tenants and providing an awesome place to live. I can't recommend the property managers and maintenance crew enough - they are the best! Anytime I've ever needed anything from the staff, everyone goes above and beyond. This community is also VERY dog friendly and welcomes dogs over 50 lbs which is a plus and hard to find. I highly recommend inquiring about living here if you are looking for a peaceful and clean community to live in.

My family has been here for a little over two years now. Our experience has been very positive! One concern we had prior to moving here was reviews about maintenance, however; we haven’t had any issues in the time we’ve been here. When we have had an issue that required maintenance they responded quickly and took care of the problem. The women at the office are always very friendly to us. Our kids love the pool and it is very clean. I do find it a pricey place to live- but it’s NJ so there’s really not a great way around that. One of our favorite parts about living here is how beautifully people decorate for Christmas! Almost every night around the holidays my family walks around the development to see all the beautiful lights and SO many amazing blowup decorations!! It is seriously amazing! I feel safe walking around and people are always very friendly!

I’ve lived here since 2013. The Property and grounds have always been kept nice. The rules are the rules but it’s what keeps it nice to live in here. It’s very quiet at night. The property management people in the front office are nice and will work with you if your running a little late one month. Overall Decent people here. decent place to live. Atlantic Height's is also located on the (better side of Barnegat).

My partner and I have lived here for about 4 years now. I think living here is really nice. Most visitors talk about how our apartment reminds them of a condominium or high end apartment. The staff that work the office are always helpful and understanding. The repair guys are always so helpful and if you’re home they might even give you a good laugh! Overall living here can make you some friends, we’ve had/have amazing neighbors, and be a great permanent residence! I suggest it to anyone looking for a place!

I have always lived in a house, so I had reservations about living in an apartment. Living at Atlantic Heights has been a very happy experience for me. They have all the amenities I could want, plus they allow me to have a cat or dog. They even have a dog park. If I need a repair, it is done ASAP, very short waiting time. Safety is a huge issue for me. I love the fact that I have a reserved spot right in front of my apartment. Also, as I walk towards my door, I have a sensor light. Which for me is great. The grounds are immaculate and the landscaping is very well maintained. The managers in the office will help you in anyway they can. They are always friendly and pleasant. I also appreciate the guys that come to help me in my apartment. I could not have found a more perfect apartment to call home.
