These people are what's wrong with this country! They buy homes and add $70k to the price without doing anything to actually improve the house for that cost! Avoid these people!! Scamming greedy predators! Blame the market when THEY set prices... Explain that one to me? You cant!!! Greedy greedy greedy low life people! Scum of the earth!
