The best car buying experience I have ever had. I reached out to Tim Shelton well over 6 months ago, as I was contemplating my first Aston Martin purchase. He checked back in with periodically over the course of the 6 months, but was not pushy and always incredibly informative.

I went to the dealership in December 2024 and met with both Tim Shelton and Matthew Salvatore. The selection process, test drives and support they gave to me was exceptional. They cared about my needs and they were not just there to “sell” me any car.

Met with Tim Shelton and told him the car I was looking for. He told me they had the car which they received on a trade in. He said it was at their service center for inspection and full service prior to sale. He had the service department complete all the tasks and had the car within a day. He emailed me all the specs and pictures. The car was perfect. I made arrangements to purchase the car and drove up the next day. Tim was extremely knowledgeable he went over the car in every detail. Answered all my questions with hesitation.
While we were going over all the paperwork he had the car brought in the showroom and put under wraps. When we completed all the details he brought me over to the car turned on James Bond music and removed the wraps. What a way to buy a car. I've purchased a lot of high end cars in my time but the service and experience that Tim provided was over the top.

…So our movie starts with an innocent lunch at the landmark Javier’s Crystal Cove Newport Beach, CA.

After a few margaritas shaken not stirred, our son says, "Let’s walk over to the Aston Martin Dealership to see some Beauties on the lot!"

They say “Diamonds Are Forever”, but...
The DBX ‘Xenon Gray’ sat sparkling brighter with flecks of brilliant blue. This could be love at first sight, and we were ready to trade in our once swanky, satin ‘Frozen’ BMW for our first Super Car.

Sharply dressed 007 esq Mr. Clayton McEuen emerged from the showroom & introduced us in great detail to the Model. He was an absolute pro, knowledgeable, confident, and made us a deal we couldn’t refuse.

The negotiations were a win-win, straight forward, no pressure, & ethical. General Manager, Jeff West aka ‘M’, opened doors and 00Clayton warm heartedly welcomed us to the Aston Martin Family.

When we picked our DBX the next day, it was a theatrical reveal complete with the iconic 007 soundtrack. Such an awesome touch. We came to learn sales is in Clayton’s genes, he knows marketing, promotion & customer retention. We will only buy our cars from him.

The customer service we’ve received from Clayton and everyone at the Aston Martin Team is exceptional.

Clayton remembered the smallest details and made us feel very special and valued. I’m sure ‘M’s guidance & mentorship had something to do with the exemplary experience.

The service department headed by Dane Brown or ‘Q’ who were introduced to and our personal consultant Kyle Tong ‘R’ made us very comfortable and attended to our every request.

Having driven top of the line Mercedes, BMW & Alfa Romeo’s++ for decades, this experience with Aston Martin has spoiled us, and we hope to remain a part of the family for many years…
