If you want someone to yell at your elderly disabled mom then hang up on her, maybe these losers are right for you. They're also cowardly, because when you show up to a full office to complain there's nobody there to take accountability for the mistreatment of the elderly. Ownership may have an office on Main Street but they hide behind secretaries like all the other sleaze balls. YOUR MOM OR DAD DESERVES, ACCOUNTABILITY, A CALL BACK AND RESPECT.

If I could give it a zero I would. This is for the management of Riverwood Chase in Toms River. It has been years and consistently getting worse. We have zero amenities. There’s no longer enough parking to sustain residents, they’ve been promising it for years. No options other than to use your own front lawn now. They allow units to be rented to multiple families and turned into multi family homes. People have put up fences of their own which are not allowed. Now there’s chickens running around. The sprinklers have been in the installment phase for 3 years now. It’s a mess and it’s a shame. I’m pretty sure the owners of Association Advisors have no idea how mismanaged it is here. No one returns phone calls, no one ever comes here. Nothing gets addressed. And when you try, you’re met with silence or indifference. Better yet, told to be glad there’s not an increase in fees. What a joke considering an increase would have to require a reason. There’s no justification, we already get no service and have no amenities. It used to be beautiful here.

When my husband and I first moved to SLV we thought we made a mistake. The community looked tired and needed a lot of fixing. Shorty after we moved in SLV transitioned to a new management company. Now two years later we see and feel a marked improvement. The houses are all re-sided, streets are repaved, landscaping is attended to. Joe Miller, our property manager communicates regularly with the residents, keeping us apprised of current and planned activities. It’s a pleasure to have someone like Joe managing our community - he is easy to reach and listens and responds to inquiries in detail (not just yes or no answers).

And the office staff is very professional. Patricia Scalici, who we’ve had several dealings with, is always very responsive and friendly. In addition to promptly addressing our issues no matter how small they might have been, Patricia expressed concern on a personal level. When I told her I was having difficulty finding someone to sit with my 98 year old mom, she called me with a perfect recommendation. We greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness.

We are now very happy we moved to SLV and are even recommending it to our friends.

do not let their response to me fool you. It is only because it is visible on google. These are the same answers they told me after my first three emails. Light is still out. Safety is still a concern. The email he provided; I have sent it so many emails I don't even think I can keep count anymore. HE DOES NOT RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!! I am done wasting my time emailing these people.

issues still unresolved. can not see anything when you leave the condo due to no lights around. had ice on my walkway every time it snowed. emails sent about this issues AND MORE and unanswered by anyone I contact INCLUDING manager.

This is the worst HOA in the whole entire world. My light outside has been out for WEEKS, you can’t see ANY of the lines and numbers at the parking spots, and on top of that every issue I have had has gone completely unaddressed meanwhile they have the nerve to raise the HOA fee and gave the residents about a week of notice. An absolute disgrace.

I have been a Resident and Realtor living and working in Hudson Harbour for 32 years.
I have never had the wonderful experiences that I have had since Christina and Jason have been managing the Office.
They are on the spot, pleasant and kind, and always offering me assistance with all the new residents that I rent or sell to in the Complex...They also assist with any personal issues that came up anytime during my residency. Life is quite different these days, and we all are facing challenges on an ongoing basis.
Everyone should be so lucky as to have a Manager as Christina Ortiz and an Assistant Manager as Jason Foster

I reside in Shadow Lake Village, Red Bank, N.J. for 10 years. Joseph Miller, who is the grounds manager, and Patricia Scalici Administrative Assistant and the team from Association Advisors New Jersey took over in January of 2022. They have has been great to work with. They respects our property as if it was their own. The property has improved with better lighting, pool area and general overall maintenance. We are truly fortunate to have Joseph and his entire team in charge of the grounds at Shadow Lake Village.
