Extremely disappointed with the service. It has taken six months just to get approval for a solar panel installation on my roof. I've been trying to contact them for the past three months but can't reach anyone for proper assistance. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a management team. I do not recommend this company at all.

Since buying our business condo we have attempted at every turn to contact them to ensure we are following the rules set forth by the association. It has become a regular occurrence at this point to spend over a week trying to get anyone to respond to us, using every means at our disposal. We have emailed, used the phone app provided by them, used the contact form on their website, and called all of their phones number repeatedly. If anyone figures out how to actually get ahold of them I would love some input since we can't even finish the work our contractor needs to do without speaking with them.

I have dealt with this arrogant for five years on simple issues. Hes lazy and is the ultimate pro of stringing homeowners along.
He rather fight then get in his car and look at the situation. Darren somehow was on the board of the HOA and ended up being the property management company.
Cornerstone was the previous management company and no issues and responsive to concern.
Do not hire this man/company. He twists the truth and never follows up. I have never asked for nothing that wasn't already approved or in a current timeline.
I would define him as pure lazy. He makes well over 100,000 off this hoa plus his side dealings of buying up the property within the community. When addressing my 4cyear old issue again to him/he asked if I'm selling my property.
This is his golden GOOSE.
It will take an attorney to get things correct.
