I belong to Brookline Place in Sunnyvale.who is the current rep from your company and how do I get to speak to anyone at all? The phone # I have end with “ the voice mailbox is full”!!!!!!! Have not been impressed since we changed over to your company!!!!! There are those of us who would like to speak to a live person ( remember customer service) and are not proficient with the internet! ( your grandmother would be very disappointed in you)

I own a property which is part of the Diamond Crossing HOA in Hayward. The community was formerly managed by CID Management. While their service wasn't spectacular, they still replied to messages or phone calls from concerned home owners. The Board recently switched to Associa, and this has been the worst example of how to conduct business by ANY company that I've ever experienced. I've had an ongoing issue with water intrusion coming from the outside, which is obviously an HOA responsibility. CID Management gave hard copies of all documents to Associa and the Board. However, nothing transpired. I've first alerted Associa to this matter on August 7, 2024! Numerous e-mails and phone calls to the community manager, Ronni Schenk, goes unanswered, for MONTHS! The only person who've attempted to answer my messages, Melissa Sim, the administrative assistant, is unable to provide me with any information about my issue. She would just forward my message to Ronni, which is essentially useless, because I've addressed the e-mails to Ronni in the first place! I really don't know why and what I'm dutifully paying my monthly HOA assessments for?! When the homeowners need support, there's literally no one there! If your community is in the market for a new community management firm, please steer clear of Associa. Don't make the same terrible mistake that our Board made in switching to them!

Simran at Associa is so professional, prompt and helpful. The company as a whole can be a bit difficult to reach, and slower to respond with community managers changing so often. However, Simran has been so helpful and I'm really grateful.

Is there any reason why the windows were not fully cleaned f? I've been waiting for a year for the windows to be cleaned. As a result, only a few were cleaned.

Incompetent, poorly trained, rude. Either understaffed or simply not interested in giving an efficient, quick response to what should be a common problem. Too large a corporation to be managing local HOA's. would not recommend.
