My wife and I just recently moved into a new building. Moving is stressful and chaos is the norm. Of course, just as we finish moving and begin settling in, there is a scheduled maintenance that requires that water be shut off….to the whole building, for a day. We think, great, just what we need.

Well, all of our expectations were blown out of the water. After living in other condo communities, we expected the worst. A vendor running amuck and destroying everything, with no accountability and everything taking weeks, if not longer….to get back to normal. And no one caring, or doing anything about it.

To our surprise, the exact opposite happened. The scheduled work was on schedule. The staging on materials and equipment was staggering, blocking hallways and restricting access. When the work was finished, not on time, but early….everything was back to normal. Sure there were a couple of hiccups and problems, to be expected with an operation this big, but everything was addressed and remedied, nut tomorrow, but today and right away!

Susan our community manager and Rob, our building engineer performed exceptionally well. I don’t ever write reviews and I wanted to write this one to highlight their amazing work.

It is in the most stressful and difficult times that one's true capabilities are shown.

Susan and Rob, You and your team have shown skill, professionalism and diplomacy that are an example for all of us to follow.

I commend you and your team for a job well done!

Tara has been an excellent Community Manager for our community. As a Board Member for 4 years she has proven again and again that she has a firm understanding of our Finances, CCR&Rs, Rules and Regulations. She is quick to respond to residents inquiries and assists in any way she can. She is well liked and respected. Thank you Tara!

This company is literally a scam and the amount of clearly fake reviews just prove it further. They were the management company for a community my company works for and they were less then useless. Did not manage literally anything. Did not communicate with the community or vendors nearly at all. Never responded to any invoicing we sent over the course of 6 months until we threatened them legally and suspended service and suddenly we got a call back. Managed to get the power shut off in the community because they didn’t pay the electric bill. The community fired them and they have refused to send community dues back and are being perused legally. This management company is fraudulent. Do not use them.
