I am a father of three young kids and being a working dad I was super worried about “viewings” and so much more going on with our busy life and mix that the busy life of a realtor, I knew there would be conflicts or I had them pre-made in my mind, plus factor in have a very hard schedule to work with.. mostly being night shifts and Ashton went the extra mile EVERY day, she would let us do 1 viewing one day but 3-4 the next if we wanted, she let us do viewings anytime anywhere and answered all questions literally whenever we wanted too, almost like we tell her a time and she would always find a way to make it work, She even let us doing viewings in the evenings or mornings whatever I needed or wanted really!
She is a working parent herself, so her understanding the family aspect you can tell when she is walking a property with you she is thinking about your kids and pets and what does THIS situation do for you, very personable with how she does business and she understands her clients very well and gets to know you, she also is extremely helpful with questions about the process the properties or just simply just to ask her opinion on areas, schools etc she is very very honest and if she has a bad or good story to go with her authenticity she will let you know!

I think anyone reading this by now should understand I was nervous buying a home so young with kids etc, Ashton was a absolute dream to work with, I couldn’t have asked for a better and smoother first time purchasing experience and with how flexible she was it made it so much easier on me and my family!If you are looking for or if my friends or family ask me for a realtor 100% I’m referring them to her, for buying selling, or any of your Real Estate needs!

If you are looking for a realtor that goes above and beyond, Ashton Willard Colón is the one! She showed us 100 houses (feels like) and never complained. She was always flexible and fast with showing the houses. In the end she was able to get us the house of our dreams even with some closing costs paid by the sellers (which is hard in this market - I heard). But what sets her apart was how much she paid attention to details. She always asked us what we liked and don't like about the houses.
