Anthony and the Arthur Rue team have done a fantastic job renting out our summer house for the past several years.

Once we saw their website and how easy it was to search, find and rent properties (especially compared to the competition), we decided to switch from another local agency. And we couldn’t be happier! They have significantly increased our rental income and consistently provide excellent customer service. When issues arise, they respond quickly and effectively — e.g., finding plumbers or other providers. They have been a pleasure to work with and have made renting our house so much easier. I have owned and rented 2 places in Seaside Park for 9 and 3 yrs. I have found Lauren Barcellona at Aruthur Rue to be invaluable. I began using online sites, which I still do, however it is now a last resort. I try to funnel all my rentals to Lauren because I feel the ease of using Arthur Rue for everything from booking - payment is seamless. The personal hands-on approach seems to be a lost art in the internet world. This is what Arthur Rue has blended by adopting online booking/technology without giving up that personal hands-on approach we lose with online only sites.

Anthony & Lauren were absolutely incredible to work with and made purchasing our shore house very simple and a pleasure. Anthony knows all there is to know about Seaside Park & the surrounding areas and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed about the house, the area, and the entire home buying process.
We spent a few months from when we initially met until we purchased our home and Anthony always made himself available to us either by phone; days, nights, weekends, or in person whenever we asked. Anthony was highly responsive to all our questions and needs.
