My parents recently moved out of a house that they had lived in for 41 years. It was important to us as a family to have the move go well in all aspects. Mariya was introduced to us by Ron, who also works in this group. Mariya did a wonderful job of helping us all feel comfortable with the process of selling, recognizing the emotional side of leaving a house after 41 years. She was very detail oriented and yet sensitive to my parents' needs and questions.

Hands down, Mariya is the realtor that you want on your team. She knows the market well and does an absolutely fantastic job at preparing you and your home for both the home buying and selling process. We have used her services three times now and we have never been disappointed. Mariya was great! I highly recommend her for buying or selling a house. Mariya is awesome! I just recently purchased my second house with her help. She was also my realtor for my first home purchase. Mariya is very dedicated. It seems she is working at all hours. She has a great eye for home features and potential issues. Her communication skills are excellent, and she is able to explain the home buying process is a very thorough manner. Her website is an excellent resource for planning the purchase process.
