I rented out from Armstrong for a whole year and I have to say I loved this company so much. They are very professional. The staff is so kind. They were overall amazing people to rent from. I never ever had an issue with them and when I did express my concerns for things they would take care of it. They are strict on things but it’s reasonable on why. They were amazing. Barbara thank you for being amazing and for always explaining me things I found r understand. You would take your time to explain well to me. Thank you. For my experience they are not professional.if they would,they would fix issues we have with owners of the property tht we are renting.they are great to ask for the rent and charge for late fees ECT. But when we have issues and we point them out they act like nobody is talking
