My experience with Chris Conger our realtor was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Everything was explained concisely and accurately to us. He went out of his way to set up handymen, floor people and roofers and was even willing to meet them there to give us accurate estimates before we made any decisions. He walked us through the process. All paper work was neatly prepared and we were presented with our copies which were clearly explained to us.

I am not an easy person to please so a 5 star
from me is unusual. He was very responsive to calls and text messages.

I am disappointed at how my current listing is being handled. Susan Penn, the Broker has not responded to my numerous inquires as to marketing my property. she has refused to have Open Houses and has expressed it is not "advantageous for this property". I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a Realtor who will more aggressively market your property.
