1) Completely unprofessional behavior. Will call your place of work or school instead of you if there's a perceived issue until it's borderline harassment.
2) Fails to post pictures of property that truly represent it on MLS and Zillow (upstairs is seemingly fine... no pictures of a certain area like a basement or etc? There's a reason for that.)
3) RENTER AND BUYER BEWARE. Mold, pest and other structural problems at the residence we rented which were well documented and requested to be fixed and never were.
4) Contrary to the Fair Housing Act that is posted in their office, realtor does not seem to have an actual grasp on "reasonable accommodations" and that a service animal DOES NOT count as a pet in a landlord/tenant situation. I have a disability advocate and the realtor here insisted on arguing that I was on fact, wrong.
5) Personally talked (sorry, texted) down to me "didn't appreciate my attitude" and I realized he wouldn't say that to a man. I left a completely stern yet polite (no cursing, etc) message and that was my reply.
6) Owners of house rented failed to fix after written, detailed request resulting in personal property destroyed.
7) Office staff is nice.
