It's really sad when the place you spend your hard earned money to live comfortably, enjoy the amenities of this wonderful complex. Wrong my AC unit has been out of commission going to week 2 Yes a portable AC has been given to use and would work very well vent hose wasn't so tattered the apartment might have a fighting chance at staying cool not to mention the pool you think you would be able to jump in the pool maybe cool off from non working AC units but that's a no go full of green muck whatever that is. I discouraged anyone thinking about moving here the rent is being raised due to a streaming service you have no control over. THINK TWICE better yet just keep on going it's not worth it AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

This is my very first apartment and I am not satisfied. About a month ago someone stole one on my gravity chairs on my patio. I called the leasing office and a lady stated there is nothing they can do and that she will ask around. Now, I am highly pissed about someone stealing my chair because I work hard for my money. Whoever stole my chair I will let the Lord handle it because if I would’ve handled it I would’ve knocked on everyone’s door raising hell. I have never had anyone steal from me ever! The staff send emails about everything else make an email on how you don't need to steal anyone’s belongings. Also, there’s no way a one bedroom should be over a $1,000 a month at all and when I first moved here the rent was $931 the staff didn’t ask the residents how they felt about adding internet to our rent like I never heard of such. Lastly, I will be putting cameras up because I don’t trust anyone here including the staff.

Also, I have lots of problems with flies and gnats. Pest control is apart of the rent, but i don’t believe they come to spray when I ask them.

This is an awful place to deal with! Not only do they charge over a $1000 a month for a subpar 1 bedroom, now, without any concern for their tenants, they change their cable package from charging $25 a month to $99, with only a 5 days notice, all for a service that is not even a necessity, but you have no option to decline. Changing something that drastic mid-contract should be completely unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! If I could rate 0 stars, I absolutely would. Hopefully someone else can learn from our mistake!

Offering a valuable service? In this day and age a $100 monthly fee for cable, a non-essential "utility," is in no way a valuable service, considering most people pay for their own streaming services!

Consistently going up on rent ALWAYS adding charges maintenance lazy, you pay gas bill, water bill, trash and pest bill, their cable , rent, pay for pool, gym. The light pole overhead been out for months not well kept so many empty apartments here that is the reason. Please stop lying about these apartments saying they are kept up they are not.

I pay $1,000 in rent a month, for 3 days my bathroom has been like this, the ceiling has a hole and is leaking water, I can't take a bath or use the bathroom since the water that the ceiling leaks is constant without stop, the water that falls from the hole is black and smells bad, I made a call to the office and told them what was happening and they did not resolve anything. A man came to want to cover it, he did his job poorly and left and the water continues to fall, they simply do not want to take responsibility . I have videos and photos of my bathroom flooded, the carpet in the room is wet and smells bad.
I won't pay rent this month.
Because the money I pay is to be without these problems, I thought that these apartments had improved, since a few months ago they decided to up the rent money.

If you are thinking of moving here, don't do it since they take your rent money and if you have a problem no one comes to repair it. In my opinion they are the worst apartments in Dothan.

Apartments are older but very well maintened. Walking distance to Westgate park. The gym is the best. Also 2 pools. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. They have tons of resident activities and they care about people. The outside is great and always clean. It is pet friendly. Anytime there’s an issue someone always helps me fast. It is on the best side of Dothan. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I have lived here 15+ years and we have experienced numerous ownership changes; some better than others. I will say that under the new ownership (Woodruff) we are very pleased with the treatment we have received thus far. Stephanie has shown us tremendous kindness and compassion during my husbands continued failing health. Her professionalism towards us and from my personal view the property as a whole has been a refreshing uplift in the moral tone of the residents and the community. We look forward to our continued residence here at Arborgate.
