I was looking forward to possibly establishing this location as my home but the enrollment process took forever and communication was sparse, when appointments were made the individual who handles the applications was not present the fact that they could not advise with timely manner about the absence is very rude as i had to call out of work and miss out on the same money i would have used to pay my bills.

The individual who handles the forms even almost confused my tax documents with another applicants folder; only upon being notified by my wife was the error corrected, may i note as well that while filling out applicant forms a security guard or law enforcement officer arrived at the office to advise the building manger to find better security due to some kind of issue in the building.

It does not help that upon entrance of the building you are exposed to a odor of marijuana and bad odor, I was also approached by tenants requesting my information in regards to my family moving in.

The entire atmosphere does not feel safe and its a real shame that such a new building is squandered with individuals who don't care or manage the estate better.

Apartment hallways stay filthy, the tenants are extremely loud. The kids break up the apartment windows and throw trash everywhere. Neighbors are outside all hours of the night yelling and screaming and talking loud. Kids running in the hallways all times of night. Management is more concerned about who smokes in the apartments versus actually cleaning this place up. Management waits almost a year to complete papers and then rushes you to come complete them. Horrible horrible place. Run

Only giving the max of stars due to the new property manager, Ms. B. She’s absolutely fantastic - doesn’t skip a beat. She’s bubbly, very pleasant and her customer service skills is just what we needed here at the Loft apartments. She gets the job done.

She beats the past few managers assigned to this location by far.

Ms. B is a pleasure as most important a trusted employee of the company. She definitely appreciated.

GO ON YELP TO SEE THE VIDEO!!! I lived here for a years and all I got to say is this whole apartment complex is disgusting roaches coming from cracks on the door , air vents and even drains , if you want them to share snack with your children feel free , this whole place is disgusting, the new manager is cool, they paint the freakin floors with PAINT !!! come in and see for yourself!!! Walk in and see the brown paint on the floors , this place needs to be shut down Fr !! I’ve sprayed and made sure everything is spotless!!! No matter what you do the roaches won’t leave because of the vinyl on the walls are open and not sealed so they go under and come from your neighbors , they’ve came over 8 times to spray and still , ac hardly works !!! Water don’t even get hot 80% of the time , sinks over fill , roaches in your fridge and freezer all over im so upset , the paint peels every time you mop your floor get sticky , mold grows everywhere, no one comes to fix , fire alarms get pulled at 3 am , yes it’s cheap but avoid this place !!! Dishwasher never worked , today I wanted to remodel my living room and a whole family reunion of roaches man !!!!! The photos attached are nothing compared to the videos I have , I’ve placed a floor cover hoping it will make it look better but nothing can fix this place

I love our new manager brianna ! She literally gets the job done ! But i can say that the tenants on the floors 4&5 are literally disgusting they drop trash , food , drinks , even clothes down to the 2nd floor literally right infront of my door , just super disrespectful, the kids are very rude and disrespectful as well , they speak very poor to adults , i refuse to let my son outside to play ! But other than that I appreciate brianna for doing her very best 🫶🏽

Brianna Williams is the new property manager of the apartment. She is very nice and professional. She's always in the office to assist the tenants and get the job done. I hope she will stay and continue to keep this apartment together.

The new manager Brianna is just what we needed. We have had an influx of managers since I moved in but I know Brianna will help return the apartment to the state it was in when I first came. She is already taking the steps to do that..so I'm excited to see her turn it around!!!

The Mexican manager here is very rude and unprofessional. Soon as I came here the smell and look of the building is disgusting. Decided to still grab an application because they have affordable apartments and the manager was very rude. She seem like she was mad at me for asking for a application. Then I ask her what time can I bring the application back and she said I don’t know but I’m about to go to lunch. Then I ask her if it was ok if I returned it the next morning and she said if I be here I don’t know and ask if I could leave because she had to take her lunch break. My question is Who hire these rude unprofessional people. Just wow I can’t believe how she treated me. I will not be returning. It’s either she hate her job ( which is not my problem) or she’s just a complete B I T C H.
