From start to finish, everything was wrong. Their management is disorganized, their cost estimates were inaccurate, and the services were poorly delivered. They even increased the price after a fixed contract was signed, leaving us with no choice but to pay extra to avoid further complications. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I have my first investment property through AR Property and so far the journey has been smooth sailing. Rob's initial education appointment cleared all our doubts and explained everything we would be expecting to get. Once we committed, we were offered multiple options to choose from all in prominent locations with growth potential. Once the contracts were signed, we got regular updates on the construction process with photos and explanations on any issues and what was being done to overcome them. I only visited the site once during construction just because I wanted to see things myself.
There was a final inspection before things were finalized and we immediately moved on to finding tenants. This again was a smooth process with them finding suitable candidates and screening them before they contacted us. Soon after the tenancy was done, we got all the paperwork that we could pass on to our accountant for the tax purposes. The depreciation schedule, the annual payment summaries. Our tax accountant was in heaven looking at the details and the breakdowns which were easy to follow.
We are still with our original tenants who have been looked after well. Any issues with the property were promptly followed up with their own trades staff with us being kept in the loop on progress and costs. I have only personally visited the site for inspections twice in the past few years as my family wanted to see the property. I get detailed photographs of the property every 6 months keeping me up to date on how the property is being looked after.
I am looking forward to expanding my portfolio with AR Property soon.
