Whenever I call in I’ve always have had a positive experience with the young lady that works there. I don’t have major issues with maintenance but when we had a leak in our bathroom they fixed it the next day. Never had any issues with staff or with maintenance here. Been over a year renting and I would recommend.

I haven’t had any bad experiences renting from APM. This summer our air conditioning went out and they had it fixed that same day! I was so worried we would be without air but the staff at APM were on it! The grounds on our property are always kept up weekly by the gardeners and the pool guy is here a few times each month, trust me I check, my kids lived in the pool all summer! I would recommend APM. Friendly service is always a must for me when I deal with anyone who works in customer service and my husband and I always feel welcomed and treated right both in the office and on the phone 👍🏻

I have lived in my apparments for 4 years and apm recently took over. There affice hours are listed but for some reason they close early on certain days. I have ran i to this problem at least 3 different times. Today they are listed open u til 4:30 and so i called to make sure if they would be open and the man who answered (david) was very rude and unprofessional. The other lady i delt with was at least appolgetic for the early close. This guy said im of at four and shutting my desk down at four so if you make you make it and laughed like i bothere him by letting him know i was omw. He was a bit irritated becouse he wanted off early and wasnt able too becouse i walked in a 3:58. THIS IS WHAT I cannot stand when people hate their job so much why work if you cant work with the public. Linda should hire people who are more perfessional and post consistant hours and follow the hours posted.

Since getting a new manager the apartments at Crestview has been a nightmare. They have lost my payments. Increased my rent without any knowledge to me. My neighbor who has a 2 yr girl has been without A/c for months amd she cant use her toilet and it has been been a nightmare with these new managers letting all sorts of trashy people move in. I have spent 5 years here and since the mgmt change. I am looking for better option .**UPDATE. OKAY AS OF TODAY'S DATE 03/9/2021 THINGS HAVE GOTTEN BETTER BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS MANAGER THAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT WAS REPLACED SOMETIME LAST YEAR. IT Doesn't BRING BACK THE VERY FIRST MANAGER THAT I MISS BUT THESE NEW GUYS ARE DOING PRETTY GOOD. THAY ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WHICH IS A POSITIVE CHANGE THEY ARE QUICK TO RESOLVE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS WHICH IS ALSO A WELCOMED IMPROVEMENT.. BUT THERE IS ONE MORE PROBLEM THAT HAS YET TO BE FIXED IS PARKING. PEOPLE DESERVE TO HAVE ONE DARN COVERED PARKING SPOT. THERE ARE SPECIFIC TENANTS THAT PARK NUMEROUS VEHICLES IN SPOTS THAT ARE MOST CONVENIENT TO THEM. WITH NO REGARD FOR OTHERS. IT SHOULD BE ANNOUNCED TO ALL TENANTS THAT EACH APARTMENT IS ALLOWED ONLY ONE VEHICLE TO BE PARKED IN THE LIMITED COVERED PARKING SPACES . THERE IS PLENTY UNCOVERED PARKING THAT CAN BE USED FOR VISITORS OR MULTIPLE VEHICLES BUT CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE COMPLEX CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE ALL TENANTS IF THEY PARK MULTIPLE VEHICLES UNDER COVERED PARKING...I OFTEN GET FORCED TO PARK ON THE SIDE OF PETROL ROAD LATE AT NIGHT AND I HAVE ALREADY BEEN Assaulted AND ROBBED IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT SO I FEEL EXTREMELY STRESSED WHEN I COME HOME TO FIND ONE OF MY NEIGHBOR'S 2 VEHICLES IN MY SPOT. I NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PARKING ISSUES FOR NEARLY 5 OF MY 7 YEARS UNTIL THESE SPECIFIC PEOPLE BEGAN LIVING HERE. They tell me that the manager said they are allowed to park anywhere and they want and that is a fair way to approach the situation every apt deserves to have 1 designated spot . i realize it is not always enforceable because sometimes visitors don't know where they are allowed to park but when the same tenants steals other tenants spots and refuse to move there vehicle for several days. That is above upsetting and unfair.
