Easy to work with. Soko was my agent on two properties. Soko and her staff worked to get the property ready and helped navigate through challenges for the sale to go through. I always had a great experience working with this company!

I would steer clear of renting from these folks. Rented a unit for four years to be closer to work. Maintenance issues were never fixed and they would give you a phone number and you better hope that the repair person returns your calls. After leaving they returned less than half of my deposit for a place I left flawless. Beautiful unit, very dissapointed in management.

These people are nice very polite but sneaky and get intimidated when you call them out on their mistakes: overall living in one of their units they manage I didn't have many problems in the unit and when I did Sal over maintenance he took care of things in timely matter ! The problem was since I moved in paperwork and money I kept have to deal with "suppose I hv to pay for plumbing bills or fees over and over because they want to pocket money. Please if you rent from these ppl KEEP RECORD OF EVERYTHING AND RECEIPTS!!! I lived in the building total 14 years and never had any problems til I moved into one of their units😐

I have nothing nice to say about how I was treated and talked to after being approved for a studio. It went from good to bad to the worst. So disrespectful to myself and I would never give them a good word or recommend them to anyone. They're liars and they're thieves and hopefully karma comes full circle for this office. I'm glad I'm out of that place. I'm not glad that it was their decision not mine at the time. No stars would've been more accurate. After being approved and having more than three weeks go by up until the weekend before the move in, I was good to go. When that weekend came I was told that due to the price increase I was no longer approved and would need to have a cosigner in order to get the apartment. I don't know how I was able to convince my dad that there would be no liability to him but I did. I got the apartment and then realized things were going to be downhill from there. I inquired about having mailboxes installed that anybody wouldn't be able to just rip the fronts open and steal the mail. I was told by Kim I believe her name was that they'd get back to me once a reasonable accommodation for both sides was reached. They never did get back to me. A window was broken from the outside. I lived in an upper corner studio. They held me responsible for the costs of the replacement and repairs. After moving out I expected the majority if not all of my deposit back. I receive the deposit form letter in the mail late due to them mailing it to that address I moved out of instead of the new address that they asked for when turning in the keys. That letter stated that I was paying for cleaning that never took place the window the last partial month's rent I owed and a brand new carpet. The old carpet had "spots and stains throughout" ... the same ones that were pointed out when doing the walkthrough and supposedly noted. Sal told me that the owner just went off of a list from the last walkthrough and noted any discrepancies. Apparently he doesn't know how to keep an accurate list because I'm still waiting for his response as to when I can expect my deposit to be returned. Every person would seem pleasant at first but after having to deal with them with actual problems they were selfish lazy pitiful people. The mailboxes haven't been touched yet either I see .. six months later. 👌👍

WOW...i read a couple reviews....and i am quite the opposite. Things happen, we have had to negotiate some things...they respond quickly when something goes wrong...I have been there over 2 years...and office staff has been kind. I am normally pretty hard to please...and YES we have had to have conversations about ME paying for the garbage disposal...but DUH! it was glass...i SHOULD be responsible. They have picked up all the other cost that I DID not cause. I don't really expect my security deposit back...now a days that's kind of a given. The have to make repairs and paint and clean up....if I were the new tenant i would expect anything else. 🙂 Thanks APPLEBY!!

We are using Appleby to manage our rental unit to which we've had no issues with. Any large maintanance issues are alerted to us right away. We also get a detailed statement to any repairs monthly. It's been a good experience using them.
