I’m surprised that Google doesn’t have a 0-star option. This company has truly made me too frustrated with their working attitude and interactions with residents in the HOA, as well as their lack of cooperation with related parties. Please stay away or reconsider if you plan to work with this company, especially Mell Livingston.

This is a night mare for our community in the past 17 years. Since they took over our community of 80 units in the south side of the city of San Bernardino.
Like Cancer we can’t live with them but we could not get red of them. They destroyed our community, corrupted HOA Board, while ripped off almost every one.

People need to be aware of this company, i asked for only 4 copy pages of the financial statement and they want $100 for those 4 copies. This company and the Boards working together try to block members from checking the financial statements, check paid to vendors and more...... This is the worse management company that i ever encounter with. Stay away from this company
