I have filed numerous noise complaints in regards to my neighbors across the hall from me. Here is yet another one. On Saturday the old man was banging on his door again because he was locked out - causing my dog to bark. The lady locks the guy out and then he's banging, yelling on the door - causing my dog to bark - and I receive a noise complaint. This lady has come to my door and given me something to put under my door to block the noise. This weekend the people diagonal from me were fighting so loud I could hear them in my apartment. I have complained about them more than once as well. Why am I the only one receiving notices? Since I have complained, I have received many notices in regards to noise, when I have had proof that I was not even in the apartment at the time(s) of the occurrence. Yet, I still am receiving notices.

In addition, I pay for a parking pass that no one else seems to have to have in order to park in the visitor parking after 5pm. Just last night the spots were all filled with cars that did not have a parking pass. My visitor had to wait to park their car for 20 minutes. Why the preferential treatment?

I have expressed more than once that I feel as though tenants and you, Eileen, are targeting me, unwarranted. I have a service animal for a reason, and you, Eileen, are prohibiting her from doing her necessary tasks by allowing other tenants to continue to be so disruptive.
