I rented from Apartment Mart for 5 years. 1 year at Parkway Court Apartments and 4 years at Wingover Luxury Apartments. My experience with Apartment Mart was great. Staff was always friendly, turnaround time for maintenance calls was very quick, and the quality of the apartments was great. Good place to live if you have a family but it can be a bit overwhelming with the amount of noise from kids running in hallways and in parking lot. The place was okay but there are strong odors at times in hallways, the entrance to buildings could be cleaned better and the parking lot is confusing. Wash machine kept making loud noises annd water faucet. Good community and great for walking with family.

I can't say enough great things about Apartment Mart. I lived in their units for 5 years and had only great experience. Their maintenance is very fast and attentive and the office workers and nice and knowledge. After checking out of my unit the amount held from deposit was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area.

So I didn’t have any issues with Apartment Mart at all during my entire stay of 4+ years there with them. They did maintenance well when needed, they were great to me, even when talking to neighbors they liked the company too. I kept my apartment cleaned and organized all the time. No damages at all to the place. I take care of everything I own or rent. It wasn’t until moving out I had an issue with them. Around the time of me moving into the apartment, a representative told me there was a deal going on at the time where my security was cut in half, so I only owed them half (which was $400). I was taken back by that. Skip to the end of my lease. I owe them $538 for remaining rent still when I was out of the apartment 2 days prior to the end date provided to them—September 30th. They had told me if I was still there by the 30th I would owe twice the rent, $1,500, but now they’re charging me for absolutely nothing. It’s either give them what they want $538 or talk to their attorney. Conclusion to be made here, they’re a decent company coming in and during the lease, but just know, they will nickel and dime you no matter what when you leave them—even if you’re in the right and you don’t owe them nothing.
