Anna is not just my realtor. She is my therapist, coach, construction consultant, mentor...But, most importantly, she has become a true friend.
My parents are in their 80's. They lived in a house that was owned by my sister. But, for logistal reasons, my father had POA over the house. Out of the blue, received notice that the house was in foreclosure and they had 90 to vacate. I thought it was a scam. It wasn't. We wasted 1 mo. with a shady lawyer. Then, by chance we came across Anna at a property. Life was about to get so much better. She researched the situation and made a plan. My Dad had made a huge financial mistake and had several legal issues. When Anna fixed one, another came up. Wack a mole. Really, the entire Vanguard legal team was working hard. I still can't belive the miracles she pulled off. In less than 1 month she had an offer on the house. Which fell through . But, of course, she had a backup. We closed right on time. She found my parent's a new home. Making sure I knew the property manager, all about the POA, exactly what repairs it needs, who to call, when to call, and how to do things myself. It's been 2 days in the new place. My parents, actually seem much happier here than the other place. Anna has checked in at least twice both days.

She has a senior parent . So, she had insight and compassion for the entire situation. She is fierce, smart and will fight for her people. But, has a huge heart of gold (or platinum and diamonds of you prefer). I am so proud to call her my friend. I highly, highly recommend her!!
