Don’t rent from them !!!!!! The apartments are overly priced with rats roaches drug addicts and homeless people living in your hallways. You smell all types of drugs in the air and piss bottles are all over that hallways! Old furniture blocks the walkway and trash lines up on the steps. Packages stolen and mail missing. Staff in the rental office are rude unprofessional and don’t care about your concerns. Command center/security never comes to inspect the building or do rounds. I’m currently looking to break my lease and move far away from them. DONT RENT FROM ANIA MANAGEMENT UNLESS YOU WANT A CONSTANT HEADACHE !

I love everybody here. Ania Management doesn't charge an application fee. While you're at the office, there's free wi-fi. Their work ethic is superb. Madeline is friendly, works very hard. I feel comfortable with the whole management team. Every time I needed anything fixed in my apartment Primetime showed up and got the job done. If you ever need an apartment, condo or house look them up. They have very good customer service skills.

STAY AWAY DONOT RENT FROM ANIA!
I would not recommend this Company to anyone they are the worse property owners in the state of NJ I have lived in their unit on Pearl Street for 2 1/2 years prior to me even moving here, I was warned by many tenants on how negligent they are to do repairs and to find somewhere else. At that point they already had my deposit so I couldn’t just back out. The entire time I’ve lived here every time it snows water floods through the walls the cracks of the windows and floors leaving puddles and damages to furniture. I have lost over $3000 in furniture damage they have neglected any responsibility and neglected to do the repairs necessary to ensure the safety of my family and my pet instead, they’ve put us all at risk for mold and unfit living conditions. Be aware of how nasty these people are at Ania Management dont make the same mistake I and so many others did.

Hey! this is for Yisbeth🌹she was so very helpful I mean ✨very helpful, she took her time, Also out of her way to help me with my apartment. She had help me before it was the same treatment. Can’t complain much blessing for her🙏✨Plus I rented before back 2018 until this day I never had any problems with Ania Management I never had any issue with them. They are very professional professional of what they do.. I always said when you don’t do your responsibility as a tenant then you know what’s coming. That’s one of my rules in my book being responsible with your apartment and be responsible to who you rented from. Great Management and to all the workers that work there. PS Madeline is one of the good ones as well 🌸 she is very helpful.

I love Freddie and Madeline at Ania Management. I recommend them to my friends and family . Excellent customer service , very patient they went beyond by assisting with driving me to the rental places to see the the apartments. They are very professionals and everything was so easy and fast. God bless

"I'm extremely disappointed with the management's lack of attention to maintenance issues in my apartment. Despite multiple requests, the problems have not been addressed.
The leak caused water damage to my ceiling, walls, and personal belongings. I had to take time off work to deal with the aftermath and clean up the mess. And this is been going on for the past two years.
The management's failure to fix these issues has made my living situation uncomfortable and frustrating. As a tenant, I expect a safe and well-maintained living space.
I would not recommend Ania Management “Florio” to anyone until the management takes responsibility for maintaining the property.

I never leave reviews, but I had to for Darwin at Ania because he truly helped my husband and I find the apartment that we’ve been in for 3 weeks now. Darwin was super patient and answered all of our million questions! He was always readily available for us via phone or at the office, and helped us secure the apartment we loved! 10 stars ⭐️
