I would have given a 5 star! But it’s only been one month I have been a tenant and it has been an absolute delight! Although I was initially skeptical about the new facility, Ms. Dey, our exceptional property manager, has truly impressed me! She is remarkably efficient and attentive to requests, creating a hotel-like experience that surpasses my expectations! I had a very frustrating experience living there. I used to live at 241 crooks Ave, Paterson, and was charged $350 for a new dishwasher that I never even used.
And the parking mad of hardball was often overcrowded , leaving no space for the residents.

I reoffered a building owner to ANH Management's owner which they met and agreed that ANH will manage property, we waited more than a month to deliver the agreement. My referral and I have tried to call the company and owner numerous times, left messages, stopped at his office and left messages but he never picks up, never returns our calls, and never answers our messages. When finally, I spoke with him he told me he does not like to do business with people like me, I don't know what that means, I am very respectful lessened professional with a perfect personal and professional records when I asked him what he means by that, didn't reply. Poor Management and Employs, I hope they are not doing that with the public.
