My husband and I used Andre to sell our home in Kendall Park NJ-It was the best decision we made! Andre is extremely personable, was flexible with our fast timeline and used his knowledge to place us perfectly within the market. Hello we are Frank and Donna Bastone and we had the pleasure to work with Andre when we sold our home a few months back. It was an unfortunate long wait to catch a bite on my home but Andre worked diligently and efficiently to get us a good offer. Even though the market was unpredictable at that time we put our house up Andre always stayed optimistic about selling our home.He was courteous and respectful on when he would have people come look at our home by giving us ample time to make arrangements or whatever we needed to do to make it easier for us. Buying a house in the hottest market ever has not only been stressful but we were close to giving up. Then we found Andre. We looked at a bunch of houses in 2 totally different areas until we found our home. His knowledge of the process and his professional, calm and comforting nature made the process that much smoother. I am so pleased to share my experiences with Andre. What a God-send. Living in Florida, I was introduced to Andre to handle the sale of my deceased brother's house in NJ. Only God knew what struggles, disappointments, delays, etc. would lie ahead. But Andre was wonderful. He was professional, explaining every detail to help me understand the process.
