We had used Amishi's realtor services when we wanted to rent our home a couple of years back (when we moved out of state). She is very responsible, reliable, experienced, and knows the housing market very well.
When we decided to sell our rental property in NJ, we knew who to call. We were remote and due to the pandemic, we did not want to travel for sale. Amishi assured us to sit back and relax.
Amishi managed the whole transaction from ensuring the previous tenant's exit process, to preparing the home for sale (coordinating with the contractors), to setting attractive sale price (I think this is the key to a successful sale), to conducting open house, to ensuring we get the best offer, to working and resolving the inspection issues, to being available for the appraiser appointments and any next steps required out of appraisers report. She was there to help and guide us at every step. We were absolutely at peace knowing Amishi was treating this transaction as if it was her own home sale.
Selling a property is a once in a lifetime event with a lot of anxious moments and to add to it we were doing this remotely. We were lucky to have Amishi help us through with minimum headaches and she made this journey easy for us. After meeting with a few realtors and went with Amishi because she is very personable and came fully prepared with her research even for the initial consult. We moved out state and had to do everything remotely and she absolutely handled everything for us, didn’t have to make single trip back for any of the steps. She’s very knowledgeable and offered her expert advice as if it was her house being sold. She absolutely went above and beyond than what we had expected and I think its only because of amishi this process went so smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. Selling a home is big and difficult process and you need someone you can really trust and amishi was that person for us. I would highly recommend her if you want stress free experience.
