Michael Freedman is a kind very helpful person. When APM began the management at the apartments where I have been a tenant for almost 34 yrs he was and still is very helpful, assuring me that no one was going to be asked to move. Michael Freedman is for the people, he is always willing to work with tenants ranging from getting them approved to rent to ensuring all repairs needed are done in a promptly manner. He is always a text and call away, always makes himself available for tenants and their needs. His office personnel has great customer service, are always willing to answer questions and make themselves available for tenants and in re to addressing any concerns they have. As a tenant we are very grateful for everything American Property Management and Michael have done for my family and myself. When no one gave me an opportunity to rent he did, he believed in me. The team and Michael are a team that i recommend any time.

Their manager Michael actually cares about his tenants, has always treated me with respect and will actually try to help you. His staff are friendly and always willing to help. Repairs are handled quickly and i plan on renting from them for a long time.

They worked extremely fast to turn around a lease in less than 24 hours on a house that fit all of our needs.
