This company is a complete joke. Don’t try to come to them with your concerns because they do NOTHING. They also make you sign an “employee addendum” that states if you are TERMINATED for any reason you have 7 days to vacate your unit if you live onsite. I put in my 2 weeks they chose not to let me fulfill that 2 weeks and are still telling me I have to leave. They don’t pay you what you’re worth either. Steer VERY clear of this company.

Does this company actually exist? No one is answering the phone. I have an issue that needs resolving, with one of their apartment complexes. The apartment also doesn’t answer their phones, and rarely reply’s to emails. I’m hoping they aren’t thinking our deposit we made when we filled out the application in September, was a donation. Who do I need to contact to take care of this?

At Fox Fire Apts. In Denton,TX, the 2 trash bins are completely full & over flowing. Can't even fit my trash in them. It makes the property look trashy. Also, not enough parking. Most tenants have to park on the street.

Many facets of the operations of the Landings at Creekside lack the apartments lack attention to detail and appropriate management oversight.. One major area is the care of the facility i.e. Lawn care and landscape care the management seems not to care about how the grounds appear and they failed to daily walk the property to ensure that the property meets the standards that the customers expect. The front gates (security) are often non-functional and are left unattended for several days at a time.
I suggest that senior management makes on thorough on-site inspection to review the quality of contractor work and local management oversight and correct any issues that are discovered.

Ambo had been out property's corporate management for awhile now. Time after time again we go without direct management and yet people are being evicted and or new move-ins occur. But when I have an issue about an extra 100$ on my monthly rent who can I get ahold of? Nobody is the answer.

One time I finally got ahold of somebody at Ambo corporate and complained about the similar issue of zero management. They responded sarcastically, "well it sounds like you want a job then". I was appalled.

I hope this little peek into what this management company does to apartments helps cancel any decision to live in their apartments. I truly feel bad for the apartment owners.

The manger is rude and talks aggressive. You can only register your vehicle for 3 days a month. Then you have to pay $5 a day. To visit family and friends that already pay rent. Hideway robbery

Lumberton Texas Property Manager first name Stephanie, was proud to have her son drive around the property with a Confederate flag towering his pick up truck taunting black residents in Lumberton and Eagles Landing in Beaumont Texas. As military veteran I confronted her about that rebel flag and she claimed she owns partnership at Ambo and she can do what she wants because it does not bother her because she has “Black Friends.” If this is the case, Ambo properties does not care about how black people feel.

Greedy slum lords, rip off tenants of security deposits, charge tenants for blinds and other normal wear and tear items,do NOT return phone calls,so tenants if your complex get taken over by AMBO,your rent will increase by at least $50.00,and expect them to keep at least $75.00 of your security deposit, the complex I just moved from was taken over by AMBO,we moved, did NOT sign up with them,so they kept $75.00 of our deposit,we did NOT get a letter telling us what the $50. deduction was for, when we called the complex we had moved from, they said for the blinds and cleaning the stove, which was BS as we cleaned that apartment, normal wear and tear....
