We sold our home in California towards the end of the year and Amanda was absolutely fantastic! First off she's professional and extremely detail oriented. Her initial presentation blew us away which is one of the reasons we felt confident in her ability to sell our home. She is so knowledgeable about the housing market and made numerous suggestions that helped tremendously with the sale of our home. During the process of selling our home, we relocated to Arizona, which was very nerve wracking. We were not able to check on the property ourselves, so Amanda put our minds at ease by frequently visiting the property for visual inspections and to make sure it was secure. Her team performed several open houses and they were in constant communication for showings. We felt like Amanda knew exactly what we needed and was able to negotiate in a professional, classy manner.
