We recently worked with Amanda to find a new apartment. She took the time to gather all our wants and needs to suggest places that fit us. Amanda was able to find us apartments that fit all of our wants in every location we were looking at and ended up signing at one of her recommendations! Amanda went out of her way to show us every apartment we wanted to see and made us feel like we were her only client. When it came time to negotiate with the listing agent she was able to get us a better deal then we expected. We would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to rent/buy in the Chicago area!
