Amanda was so wonderful to work with. She was thorough and attentive and quickly understood what our needs were in a property. We were also looking for a house from out of state and she made the process so smooth and actually doable. She really advocated for us and because of that we received credits for necessary repairs and just felt really good about the purchase. Amanda celebrated with us when we closed on the house and you can really tell she cares about her clients!

I felt that Amanda Hill was honest, fair, accessible, and transparent in her job. I did not feel pressured to sign with her or in any other way. She is knowledgeable and very forthcoming with ideas and suggestions. We received a recommendation from a local to us real estate agent that pointed us to Amanda and it was a great one.
