I recently rented an apartment with the immense help from Shana of AM Residential. She knew I was interested in a 1 bedroom apartment and informed me that there was one available in the neighborhood I was interested in and in my price range. She set up an appointment for me to tour the place and met me there. She was very polite and informative about the place. Once I told her I was interested she helped me navigate through the online application process. It wasn't that hard but it wasn't that easy either. I'm not that computer literate but she helped me each step of the way overcoming little obstacles here and there. I moved in recently and am thoroughly thrilled with the place. It was a pleasure knowing and working with Shana.

I can’t express how great of an experience it was to work with Dimitri and his team. The whole process from viewing, application, to signing was clear, communicative & helpful at every step. Moving can be a nightmare in NYC, but working with him changed that narrative for me 100 times over!

Their Zillow listings never contain contact numbers. Just names of fictitious agents. I believe they are either posting “ghost listings” for attention or they just aren’t motivated to get leases signed. Regardless I wouldn’t recommend them. They don’t answer emails, application requests thru Zillow, nor do they pick up the phone. I wanted to show up in person to inquire about an apartment that I was interested in, but I have respect for myself

Those who looked for an apartment in New York at least once know how nerve wracking it can be. But we got lucky. We met Adam Taha. And we cannot say more highly of him. We found him knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. Adam's responsiveness was incredible, not even one text or call was left unanswered. Another thing we were impressed by was that he showed the apartment for each possible tenant separately. He doesn't rush you; you have plenty of time to look around, and most importantly, to ask questions that sometimes could be too personal and you don’t want to ask them when it's about a dozen strangers around. The whole process was so smooth thanks to Adam. We signed the contract in 3 days!!! Best experience ever! 10 stars out of 5, totally deserved.
