Simply the best! We have rented homes all over the world from different agencies and Altamira sets the bar. We have done monthly rentals from them for 5 years now. They have a good selection of properties in all areas of Palm Springs. They know their properties very well and give tailored advice about which properties will fit your specific needs best. They are easily available if there are any issues you need them to take care of or need help with - whether its a clogged toilet or how to use the remote! They are genuinely relationship oriented with their clients - especially Lars!

Altamira is a class act. Total transparency and phenomenal communication. This is our 2nd rental from them and we won't rent any property in PS unless they manage it. We've had gracious service and prompt responses to minor issues. Plus they inform you ahead of time if there are any issues impacting your stay (for us, these have been minor and we were grateful they even chose to notify us). Cleanliness is exceptional. Neighborhoods are terrific. Please have confidence in their services and properties.

Altamira is the bees knees of vacation rentals! I would be absolutely lost without their guidance and help over the past three years. Simon (or Simone as I liked to call him) got me started with his diligence and follow through on the initial steps of set up and preparing my home for the open market. Taking photos of serial numbers on appliances, answering texts while at Target of which blender to buy, and being a general delight was the beginning. Then I got introduced to Lars who is the best communicator. He follows through on everything and keeps me in the loop no matter what is going on. As a problem arises, he finds a solution and THEN calls me to tell me he has it handled! So good! Also he is a general delight on the phone and home made banana bread one time as a referral treat when I recommended their services. Tiffany is center spoke for these guys and I am sure keeps everyone moving in the right direction with her organization skills and cracking the whip when necessary. Her sense of humor is very helpful when needed as well. Lastly, Michael is the owner and very available. I have other friends with vacation rental properties in Palm Springs and they cannot get a hold of anyone after going through a phone tree. I don't live in CA but when I want answers about my property I can always get them within minutes which is extremely important to me. Altamira does their job and they do it well. I have referred anyone and everyone to them and will continue to do so. If you want the best, there simply is no substitute other than Altamira! 🙂

Our group of 6 stayed at Elenora Place and had an amazing time. The communication with the Altamira was clear and so helpful. The property was amazing. The backyard is truly a resort within its self. The house was clean with comfortable amenities. When we accidentally left a couple items behind, Altamira quickly shipped them back to us. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

The best vacation ever. We had a wonderfull week in one of Altamira Vacation Rentals houses. The house was perfect and the service we got from Michael was also fantastic.

For the second time we had the very best experience staying at the beautiful, perfectly-appointed Michelle Blue house. The first time we stayed there was in November of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic and a lot of fears, so this time it was much more relaxed and we were able to enjoy the house even more. The three bedrooms and three baths are great and perfect for us to travel with our grown daughters and their boyfriends. And we had additional family staying nearby so we used the backyard as a hub for some swimming and barbecues. Super fun! The house has everything you could possibly need and is also great for dogs (we brought our two dogs plus our daughter's - and the large backyard and plenty of room to hang around the house is perfect!) I would highly recommend this home AND fully expect to rent it again - hopefully this time we'll be back sooner than later!

We stayed in an amazing house in Palm Springs managed by Altamira. Everything was absolute perfection about our stay. The place was immaculate and the grounds were beautifully maintained. They heated the pool in advance of our stay so we could jump right in upon our arrival. They let us check in early because they knew we were driving in earlier and the house was ready. They were delightful, responsive and fun on all of our phone interactions. We really couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend renting vacation homes from Altamira.
