Alta Vista Properties have been helping me to rent a property for many years. I have nothing but kind things to say about them. They are responsive, professional, and patient. The tenant that moved out most recently was obstreperous and rude to everyone. The entire firm had to be engaged in their shenanigans. Kathy, Shelly and others were very patient and spend an enormous amount of time dealing with multiple items with deadlines attached. They did a wonderful job. I can highly recommend them.

I have a condo in Encinitas that an old friend rented from me for 27 years. He moved and I live in Arizona. Was very fortunate to find Alta Vista Property Management and Jackie. From the outset they were completely professional and responsive. They got the unit up to rental speed in a matter of weeks and did an extraordinary job with repairs and preparation for rental. The big standout is Jackie and her team who kept me posted at every step. Can't imagine any company doing a better job.

While I had to find a place quickly and didn't have time to look for a place that truly fit me, Jackie and her team stayed on top of any and every issue I had which was not very many! Amazing communication skills from Jackie, Roxanne and every single lady that works at Alta Vista. My air had stopped working and Jackie did everything she could to have someone there ASAP for me in the height of season. These ladies go above and beyond, and being a woman I LOVE that this is a woman run company!!! YES I will forever recommend this team and come back to Jackie for any housing needs as she even helped me find my next place.

My wife and I are not major landlords. We own one nice rental home in PB which we take great pride in. Alta Vista has managed this property for about 5 years. Prior to that another well known company had been the property manager. There is no comparison. Alta Vista provides courteous, responsive and professional service. The owner Jackie Alexander is very active and knowledgeable. Her staff are pleasant and very focused on getting the job done. We have total faith in Alta Vista and hope the relationship continues for many years ahead.

It has been a pleasure working with Alta Vista due to their friendly professionalism. I am a tenant at one of the properties they manage and everything proceeds smoothly. I was able to onboard, receive the keys and move in with no trouble. I relocated and the move was simple. All documentation review and approval is done on their app as is rental payment and maintenance issues. I strongly reccommend them!
