So grateful for this apartment complex. My husband and I moved here after living in another place. We were miserable there. Alta, on the other hand, is so much cleaner, the staff is friendlier, and the maintenance people are very professional. The gym here is one of the nicest in the area for its price range. I was able to cancel my LVAC premium membership. The apartment complex also has a nice walking trail behind, which is perfect for walking my parents' dog when they visit. Near the freeway, my school, my husband's work, our church, and many amenities, which make it a super plus!

**Edit: They're also the most upfront and transparent with their fees (unlike other apartment complexes that have hidden fees for lord know what ‍?)

I have been living at this apartment complex for 8 months now and I absolutely love it. The ladies in the front office are amazing and make sure any issues I have are promptly handled.

The maintenance staff does a great job and they do it fast.

All the amenities on site (pool, gym, golf simulator, rooftop deck, speakeasy, fenced in dog area) are all well maintained. The overall appearance of the complex is beautiful and well kept.

It has been a pleasure living here so far and all my neighbors are super nice!

I lived in this apartment for 15 months , the maintenance wasn’t very responsive. Contacted maintenance about a pest problem (even living on the third floor) and they never showed up until i sent a picture of a huge roach in my kitchen. My place was clean and the guy who came to spray said that other units have a terrible pest problem!

Also the site is frequently down where you can’t pay rent electronically so you have to pay with a cashiers check in person which is difficult if you aren’t in the area so you have to contact them to let them know not to give you a late fee or explain your situation. Very inconvenient

Finally , after moving out i was charged for mounting tvs (which i thought was standard at apartments with no charge but ok) but also was charge a CLEANING fee for the carpet that had NO STAINS or anything. Even the woman at the rental property couldn’t explain to me why over the phone. They kept my security deposit and billed me $120 on top of that! So glad i left. Would not recommend moving here if you possibly have better options. Money grab type of place imo don’t really care for residents more about rent and fees

Ive lived here for 5 months and wanted to wait to leave an honest review. Incredibly over priced for the services in which they promise but do not provide. Lack covered parking (only half of the property has adequate covered parking), hot tub and pool has been broken since August, programmed keys dont work and you have to wait forever to have them reprogrammed, parcel lockers have been broken for 2 weeks and instead of them collecting packages they’re sending them away, my apartment has flooded multiple times from the ceiling and dishwasher, and Tia lacks proper communication skills. The list of grievances should not be so long for a supposed luxury apartment. Do not rent here.

We worked with Tia at the leasing office and she made the move into our new home very pleasant. We had some minor issues with the unit's wall paint, but the maintenance staff took care of that pretty quickly!
So far, we're very happy with the community!

Such a beautiful community! A very unique fusion of style. I absolutely love it. Staff is very responsible and kind. Responds on a timely manner. I’ve had the pleasure meeting Elizabeth and i greatly appreciate her service. She provided such great resources to my needs, she is very genuine and kind! A smooth process is what I needed. I recommend this place. Look for Elizabeth. She is amazing ?

It has been a month since I moved into this apartment community. Everything worked out pretty well so far. I like the cleanness, friendly staff (kudos to Ramon in the leasing office and Calvin on maintainence side, super helpful), well kept amenities, the close proximity to groceries and shoppings…the list goes on. I hope they keep all the good stuff going on. 🙂

Office staff is great and the maintenance crew are very friendly and professional! I’ve only had a handful of minor maintenance request and they are always handled in a timely manner. Sending out a huge thank you to Emilio who always works so quickly and makes sure my issues are resolved in the first visit! Maintenance has made my experience living here amazing!
