Great place to live in Florence. I lived here for 6 years in the same unit. I relocated cities, but would have stayed as long as I was in Florence. Good location. Front office is friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is nice as well. Neighbors throughout the years were good for the most part. Pool is nice, and there are several other amenities like a sauna, basketball and tennis court, and gym. It's a good place for pets- it's a large complex and has sidewalks, ponds, and lots of grassy areas. I enjoyed my time there and could go on and on about the positives. Would definitely recommend.

I loved living at Alpine Village. I was so blessed to be able to live here for a year and a half while going to college. This was my first ever apartment, and I was so excited and impressed with what Alpine Village had to offer. I lived in a spacious two bedroom two bath apartment with a roommate and loved it. There was a lot of closet and storage space! The kitchen was pretty large as well.
Alpine Village also had a nice pool, a wonderful basketball court, and a nice spacious club area!
Alpine Village felt very safe. Its parking lots were well lit and had lots of cameras for security purposes.
I believe the most important thing to talk about when it comes to Alpine Village though is the staff. Whenever I had something mess up or break down I could rely on the staff to go out of their way to make sure they fixed the problem as soon as possible. I wish I remember the name of their maintenance guy to be able to praise him individually but unfortunately I do not, but he was incredible!
Overall really loved living here and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to live here!

I stayed there for two years and really enjoyed it. Great staff and management and maintenance team there who really run the complex well. I always felt safe and had great neighbors. Would def recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a good place to rent and live.

Alpine Village is nice. Seems they are doing a lot of upgrades to make the apartments nicer. My son lived there for 2 years and loved being there. He loved the employees at the office because whenever he had any problems they did what they could to resolve the problem.

I was only there 5 months for a work project but I loved it. Great staff, maintenance team was great, wifi was great, one of the best apts I've lived in across the USA actually. Pool and courts were always clean, only prob if you call it a problem was the parking space lines weren't really visible, people parked oddly and sometimes I had to park a ways away from my place. But they may have repainted them by now. I'd stay there every time I was in Florence -

If everything worked properly in the apartment I would give them higher rating The apartment it self is alright. However the plumbing does not work well, the patio door does not slide and when it rains I get a puddle that sits inside the door. The baseboards are starting to rot from the water damage. Although the office has been notified, about all of the issues listed, nothing has been done to correct them.
