It was a great time. My wife and I enjoyed every moment. Great ambiance and scenery! Alpine was very communicative even allowing us to check-in 2 hours early. We had brief power outage and Alpine was all over it even though it only last 15 minutes and they reach out after to check on us. The place was clean and well managed. And there is a fox that runs around the property. Here's a photo of it at the front door. The fox seems somewhat domesticated.

Did a week long stay in Blue River with another couple + our kids. The house was incredible and beautiful. Everything was well thought out. The grill was clutch. Outdoor gas fire pit was used every night. The views overlooking the valley was so nice to wake up to every morning. Alpine Management was very responsive, and were able to accommodate us with a pack and play for our daughter. Would highly recommend to anyone.

At Long Last—The Perfect Breckenridge Stay!

As a doctor with a demanding practice, finding time for a proper holiday is no small feat. When I do manage to escape, I want everything to be just right—especially when it comes to skiing. I’ve been coming to Breckenridge for years, utterly enamoured with its pristine snow and world-class slopes. However, finding accommodation that truly matches the experience on the mountain has always been a challenge. That is, until I discovered Alpine Edge Vacation Rentals.

Waking up to those crisp views and stepping out onto the slopes with such ease made all the difference. After long days of skiing, it is nice to return to a warm, inviting space with a perfectly appointed kitchen, a luxurious fireplace, and an incredibly comfortable bed, which was just what I needed.

For the first time in years, I left Breckenridge already looking forward to my next stay, knowing I’d finally found accommodations that meet my standards.

We’ve just returned from a most delightful stay in Breckenridge and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and I wanted to show some appreciation to Alpine Edge.

We booked a Ski-in/Ski-out place that was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains. It was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, the beds were supremely comfortable, and the living space was wonderfully cosy, especially with the roaring fireplace in the evenings.

The service was second to none when I called the Alpine Edge office. They provided recommendations for local dining and activities that were spot on for our needs—we particularly enjoyed the skiing, of course, but also the restaurants and charming local shops.

Breckenridge itself is an absolute gem, and having such a well-managed, comfortable base made our trip all the more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a first-class rental experience in the Rockies, particularly Summit County, look no further than Alpine Edge. We will most certainly be returning!

We loved this home in Breckenridge. It was conveniently located to anywhere you wanted to go. We were a block from the shuttle buses to the ski resort. We were five minutes from Main Street, which if you know Breckenridge, is where everything is located.
We had kids with us and it was literally ten minutes to the Village lifts and ski school and parking. The home was a beautiful mountain home. We saw foxes in the back yard and even two moose walking in front of the house. We cooked in a lot at night and the kitchen was equipped with anything you need. The home was very well kept and clean and the warm floors were wonderful. My family definitely enjoyed the hot tub as well! There was a small grocery store a couple of blocks away and City Market was close as well.

We recently rented a home in Breckenridge. It was the first time bringing a grand baby so we had a lot of questions and requests. The team at Alpine Edge was very responsive! I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes for a response at any given time. They accommodated our needs when possible and were very responsive to feedback on the property as well. I would recommend them.
