Rude, ignorant, and disrespectful. The owner of Allstate Property Management decided to mow the lawn next door to us at 7:30AM on a Saturday morning. When confronted he became belligerent first to my wife, and then to me. He even disputed the time. When I showed him the time on my phone (at the end of our conversation) that it was 7:57AM, he said it was 8AM anyway. He had already been mowing for 25 minutes. If you want a company that will make your neighbors mad, not know how to tell time, and get in your face when you try to stop them from breaking a noise ordinance, this is the company for you.
