I will share my 5-star review with this company as I have utilized them as my only Appraisal Management Company for the past 15 years. I have tried other companies and the service didn't add up like Allstate's service. Justin is a key factor in the operations and is always available to lend a helping hand when needed. Despite reading other reviews about this company, I would rank them at the top.

Never got out the starting gate with these folks. I called them on the recommendation NO THE INSISTENCE of my Attorney I called repeatedly and left message after message, I finally had my Attorney reach out, they finally called me back and said that they would email me something..Never got it. This was a time sensitive appraisal..Why do Companies think because it's the Holidays that they can completely slack off?

They do unethical, inaccurate appraisals bc they are in a divorce lawyers pocket. Jason Morris is incompetent and should have his license revoked, way over evaluating to pad pockets. And he didnt check the hvac unit, or do any prework before coming.. but hey, plenty of people need shady appraisers, right? Bbb where you at?

The company is a high priced referral service. They DO NOT do appraisals. If getting a Mortgage appraisal ask your lender for their "approved" appraisal list and go direct. I saved $175 by doing this.

Inaccurate and lazy appraisals, you would be better off saving the money and taking the PVA value. 5 minutes of looking at the property, and the only improvements they identify are the cosmetic ones. This company does not do any research into the area and should not be used.

They are the worst.. No respect of time or closing dates when doing appraisal if they really appraise... Their reports wont never get in time... Not professional at all where they go appraise without informing any entity (Construction Company or Closing Bank)...
Never respond to calls... The worst!! Avoid dealing with them!! They will cost you time and money!!

Thomas M. Lynch with Allstate Appraisal appraised the house I am currently purchasing and he did an extremely poor job. The thing that was the most messed up was he said that there was a missing door in the kitchen which was the lazy susan door he took a picture of it and you can see the back of the door in the picture he clearly did not know what a lazy susan was because it turns, YOU TURN IT TO THE DOOR! baffled by his incompetence.
