6 months in to a 1 year lease overseen by this property management company and it’s been the most horrid customer service Iv ever dealt with in the property management business. Definitely not renewing and won’t ever consider renting a home managed by this company again. Most of our neighbors are in the same boat, as we had to come together to take matters into our own hands due to the inaction of Allied. They manage the entire new gated community and I would venture to guess the builder of the homes will not be renewing their contract with Allied after this first wave of leases end as all the tenants in the neighborhood are unhappy with the service and value we receive. I’ll be contacting the builder who contracts them and letting them know the type of people they are in business with. There are better options out there if you’re looking for someone to manage your property for you.

We have lived in our community in Yucaipa for over 15 years without any issues. However, ever since a new community was built and the homes were leased out, there have been ongoing problems.

Most recently, we received a letter from the Operations Manager, Paul Accardo, accusing our family of breaking into cars — an unfounded and baseless claim with no evidence provided. When we reached out to their Redlands location to address this matter, Mr. Accardo not only failed to support his accusations but also unprofessionally ended the call by hanging up on us.

It is deeply concerning that this company would resort to making false allegations and attempting to intimidate long-standing residents. Slandering people’s names without proof is unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism we experienced is alarming.

I am sharing this in hopes that others are aware of how this company conducts itself. Additionally, I would like to formally request that someone in upper management reach out to me regarding this situation.

WARNING FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO RENT THIS CONDO:
I hope & pray the person potentially moving into this condo see’s this. That is the purpose of this review. I just moved out of this condo after renting it for 1 year with Allied Property Management. It was ONE TOUGH YEAR because the neighbor in 2A, which whom we share walls with, was a chronic marijuana smoker. The smell was so difficult to live with for a full year as I have a toddler and was pregnant for half of that time. There is nothing Allied Property Management was able to do besides make complaints with the HOA. The HOA could not do anything because the neighbor owned his property and I was just a renter. Majority of the neighbors have had trouble with this specific neighbor as he publicly does lots of illicit drugs outside or in his garage. I was just the unfortunate one that had to share walls with him.
As for the property management itself, I did feel they were supportive with maintenance requests. However, with this situation, it was quite disheartening with the lack of sympathy and support I felt from them. Casey, the first manager I ever spoke to, was FAR from even gracious.
Paul eventually was more supportive of the situation after pleading to him to have more sympathy for the hell we are living through.
One year of having my entire kitchen, kitchen cabinets, bedrooms, living room, etc smelling like weed at least 3-4 days out of the week was so difficult for my family and I.
So I hope the future tenants of this condo see this and at least have the HEADS UP of what it will be like living here.

I recently considered moving to Redlands and was excited about joining the community, especially after being warmly welcomed by the local cycling club. Unfortunately, my experience with Allied Pacific Property Management was a complete letdown and made me feel discriminated against as a Hispanic individual.

From the start, any questions I asked were met with resistance and a lack of helpfulness. It felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a potential tenant. The most disheartening part was their inflexible and insensitive approach to credit score requirements. I was told that anyone in the household who didn’t meet the required credit score would be automatically denied.

This policy disregards individual circumstances. My sister, who has Down syndrome, understandably does not have a credit score. My elderly parents are under my care and have limited financial independence. Despite my girlfriend and I meeting the credit requirements, making over three times the rent, and having no criminal backgrounds in the household, we were still treated with suspicion and disdain.

Allied Pacific Property Management's attitude reflects a discriminatory bias and a profound lack of understanding and empathy towards different family situations. This experience has made me feel unwelcome in a community that I was otherwise excited to join.

I urge Allied Pacific Property Management to reconsider their policies and approach to customer service to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for all potential tenants.

I have been extremely happy with Allied's management of my rental properties. The staff has been very good at taking care of each facet of rentals from signing new leases to repair and maintenance. I managed all aspects of my rentals for over 12 years and have worked with several management companies. I've never worked with one before Allied that I was confident enough to give my entire business to. I can't imagine doing all myself again after having Allied as a partner.
